Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Development Assistant Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The role involves project planning, budgeting, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, facility maintenance oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive successful project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
- Define project scope and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams.
Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Implement cost-control measures and track project expenditures.
- Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Risk Management
- Identify project risks and potential challenges.
- Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Resolve project issues proactively to minimize operational impact.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams.
- Monitor project deliverables and performance.
Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure-related activities.
- Ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Quality & Compliance
- Implement quality assurance measures throughout project execution.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and project requirements.
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct inspections and quality reviews.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports.
- Present project performance, achievements, and challenges to management.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Project Closure
- Manage project handover and completion activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and client acceptance.
- Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned.

Qualification

Experience
