Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements when required
- Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and analytical abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
