Position: Service Advisor
Department: Service / After-Sales
Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain required repairs, estimated cost, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service and repairs.
- Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle service status.
- Recommend necessary maintenance and value-added services.
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work and service bills during delivery.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service.
Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred. Good communication, customer-handling, and basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers required. Freshers or experienced candidates can be considered.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
