Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the Kannada Voice Process role. Candidates should possess good communication skills in Kannada and basic English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Follow up with customers when required
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication in Kannada is mandatory
- Basic English communication preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
