Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise clients, OEMs, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, business heads, IT leaders)
- Generate qualified leads, conduct product demos, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Develop, manage, and maintain ongoing business discussions, client communications, and follow-ups
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Drive strategic partnerships (technology integrations, alliances, and channel collaborations)
- Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for company offerings
- Prepare high-impact proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in AI, SaaS, and enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align offerings with market needs

2. Procurement, Purchasing & Vendor Management (IT & Operations)
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing for IT/software, cloud services, tools, and operational requirements
- Raise and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and order tracking
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors (SaaS providers, infrastructure partners, agencies, etc.)
- Execute purchasing decisions ensuring right vendor, right cost, right timelines
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and performance standards
- Manage RFQs, contracts, vendor onboarding, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain and continuously update vendor database and performance scorecards
- Track deliveries, invoices, and coordinate with finance for payment processing
- Ensure timely availability of resources/services for internal teams
- Work closely with tech and finance teams for budgeting and cost planning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and data/security standards

- Support leadership in revenue planning and forecasting
- Contribute to pricing strategy, commercial models, and deal structuring
- Assist in building scalable processes for sales and procurement

- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across operations

Key Skills & Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Procurement / Purchasing (IT or SaaS preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise deals, or technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage client conversations, long sales cycles, and ongoing deal discussions
- Hands-on experience in procurement cycles, purchasing processes, and vendor negotiations
- Understanding of vendor contracts, pricing models, and cost optimization strategies
- Ability to handle both revenue generation and cost control responsibilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
