We are seeking a passionate and talented AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at MaintWiz. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services, continuously innovate by staying updated with the latest research and technologies, and ensure our models perform optimally in production environments.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models: Build scalable machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business problems.

Data preprocessing and feature engineering: Prepare and transform raw data into suitable formats for model training and evaluation.

Model training and optimization: Train and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve high performance and accuracy.

Deploy and monitor models: Implement models into production environments and ensure they perform well over time.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.

Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our solutions.

Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java

AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Data Handling: Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech, MSC Computer Science
