- Lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to generate new business and increase customer retention.
- Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, and team productivity.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate telesales executives.
- Set individual and team sales goals and track performance through KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure prompt follow-up of leads and customer inquiries.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Collaborate with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
