Job description:
Role Overview:
You will talk to customers over phone calls, explain products, and help them with their queries. The company will give you all customer data and full training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls (around 200 calls per day)
- Explain products and services clearly
- Handle customer questions politely
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
- Update customer details on the system

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour break included)
