Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Attend and respond to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries
- Check and respond to customer emails promptly
- Receive and process FMCG online orders accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch
- Provide product details, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Upsell and cross-sell FMCG products to customers
- Maintain call logs, order details, and daily reports
- Follow up on pending or delayed deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
- Experience in telecalling / telesales is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, Whats App Web)
- FMCG experience will be added advantage
- Freshers can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
