Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online technical support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and mobile applications
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a timely manner
- Guide users on software/app usage for remote monitoring
- Coordinate with technical teams for unresolved issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Pay: ₹10,363.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
