We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiter cum Admin Assistant to support recruitment activities while providing administrative and executive assistance to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent, coordinating interviews, managing executive schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize business meetings, events, and conferences.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and executive documents systematically.
- Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, executive assistance, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience with recruitment portals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
