Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop holistic digital marketing plans, set performance goals (KPIs), and manage advertising budgets.
- Content Creation: Produce or oversee engaging copy for blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media while maintaining brand consistency.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO & SEM): Optimize website architecture, conduct keyword research, and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to boost organic and paid traffic.
- Social Media Management: Plan content calendars, manage profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X), and drive online community engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as Return on Investment (ROI), Cost Per Click (CPC), and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and HTML/CSS.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and creative problem-solving.
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications along with hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
