Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and social media inquiries professionally
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective follow-up and communication
- Maintain admission records, inquiry databases, and student documentation accurately
- Coordinate admission formalities and fee collection processes
Administrative Coordination
- Support day-to-day administrative activities of the institution
- Coordinate with academic teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding
- Maintain student attendance, reports, and institutional records
- Ensure timely communication with students and parents regarding schedules, updates, and events
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Provide excellent student support and issue resolution
- Represent the institution professionally at all times
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in:
- English ,Tamil , Hindi . Kannada
- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with customer-focused approach
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Additional certification in counseling or administration is an advantage
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Educational counseling
- Admissions
- Front office administration
- Student support services
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
