Front Office Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming enquiry calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and packages.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients.
- Maintain client records and update databases.
- Handle follow-up calls and appointment reminders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client service.
- Manage front desk operations and reception duties.
- Address client queries and escalate concerns when required.
