Bachelors in Agriculture, Horticulture or Rural studies (Essential)
Master's degree in Agronomy, soil science, horticulture, plant pathology or related fields (preferred)
Experience: 2 Years+

Responsibilities:
Ø Develop a strong network of farmers in respective area to provide end to end support.
Ø Provide technical support through on-field consultations and guidance to farmers through various channels, including phone consultations and field visits.
Ø Conduct regular field visits and soil analysis to assess farm conditions, diagnose field problems, and recommend tailored solutions and to cut cost & improve farmer income.
Ø Good in communication and willing to travel in rural areas.
Ø Develop and deliver personalised crop solutions for Farmers in your network.
Ø Develop and deliver educational workshops and training sessions for farmers on sustainable agricultural practices, maximizing crop yield, and effective fertilizer application.
Ø Collect and analyse data on farmer experiences and outcomes to evaluate the impact of Krushi India's products and services.
Ø Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide field insights. Prepare field visit reports, case studies, and recommendations to understand farmer needs and challenges in different regions.
Ø Partner with research and development teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in sustainable agriculture and organic/bio-fertilizer technology.
