About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to strengthen the capabilities of our sales team across the agrochemical business. The role will be responsible for evaluating sales pitches, improving objection-handling skills, conducting sales and product training, maintaining quality scorecards, and driving overall sales effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales training experience, excellent Hindi communication skills, and a sound understanding of agronomy, crop protection products, and agricultural sales channels.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training, Sales Excellence, QA, or Learning & Development.
- Prior experience in Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Seeds, Fertilizers, or Agri Inputs industry.
- Experience in telesales, B2B, B2C, channel sales, or field sales training preferred.
- Proven experience in coaching sales teams and conducting training programs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
