We are hiring an experienced Finishing Incharge to join our production team.
Position
Finishing Incharge
Experience
- 3–8 years in the garment export industry
- Experience in knitwear finishing operations preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing activities including thread trimming, checking, ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and carton packing
- Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams
- Monitor manpower allocation and improve line productivity
- Ensure buyer packing specifications are followed
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices in the finishing department
- Prepare daily production and efficiency reports
Qualification
- Any Degree/Diploma (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of garment finishing processes and buyer requirements
