Job Summary
Responsible for managing plant administration, statutory compliances, contract labour, facility management and employee welfare to ensure smooth and compliant operations of the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory/plant administration and facility services.
- Manage factory licenses, registrations, renewals, statutory records and compliance calendar.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, applicable State Factory Rules, Contract Labour Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Monitor contractor licenses, manpower, attendance, wages, PF/ESI, statutory records and welfare compliance.
- Coordinate with Factory Inspectorate, Labour Department and other government/statutory authorities for inspections, renewals and compliance matters.
- Handle applicable 100% EOU administrative and statutory requirements.
- Manage security operations, including security agencies, gate control, visitor management, access control and material/vehicle movement.
- Manage housekeeping, sanitation, pest control, landscaping and general facility upkeep.
- Manage factory canteen, including vendor coordination, hygiene, food quality and welfare requirements.
- Manage company/leased vehicles and employee transportation, including drivers, routes, maintenance and statutory documents.
- Manage administrative vendors and contractors, including security, housekeeping, canteen and transport agencies.
- Support statutory, customer and internal audits, inspections and timely closure of observations.
- Maintain administrative MIS, records, budgets and expense control.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Factory/Plant Administration and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and applicable labour laws.
- Experience in factory licenses, statutory inspections, government liaison and contractor compliance.
- Good exposure to security, housekeeping, canteen, transport and facility management.
- Strong vendor/contractor management, communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and administrative MIS.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in automotive, engineering, precision components or part manufacturing, preferably in a 100% EOU, will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
