We're Hiring: Admissions Counsellor Location: Sector 48, Gurugram
Join our growing Overseas Education Consultancy and help students achieve their international education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
Provide guidance and counselling on overseas education opportunities.
Assist students throughout the admission and visa documentation process.
Coordinate and participate in education fairs, seminars, and student outreach events.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database systems regularly.
Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with leads and applicants.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude and interpersonal skills
On-the-job training provided
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
