Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
- Explain Dingle Home Assist services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and schedule service appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with field staff and service teams.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
