Sales Manager (Compressor)Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets by preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, closing orders, and executing effective sales strategies.
- Technical Sales & Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of compressors and related products, understand customer requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, prompt issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams for seamless service.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and support business planning.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and ensure timely updates in Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, conduct regular reviews, and provide product and sales process training to new team members.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Service, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order execution, installation, and payment collection.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
