We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented International Holidays Travel Consultant to design memorable travel experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle international holiday inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, Meta campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, travel preferences, and expectations.
- Design customized international holiday packages based on client needs.
- Prepare professional quotations and detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, sightseeing, transfers, visas, travel insurance, cruises, rail passes, and other travel services.
- Follow up regularly with clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate with DMCs, suppliers, and hotel partners to obtain competitive pricing.
- Stay updated on international destinations, visa regulations, airline policies, travel trends, and new products.
- Ensure complete documentation before departure.
- Handle customer concerns efficiently before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, accounts, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage reviews and referrals after travel.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in itinerary planning and package costing.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.

Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international holiday sales.
