About the role -
We are hiring a Senior RPA Developer with deep, current expertise across the UiPath platform — including its agentic and code-first capabilities — to lead delivery on enterprise automation programs. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for a strong core developer.
You will own solution design, write reference-quality code across Coded Workflows, Coded Agents, and Maestro orchestration, run code reviews, and set the quality bar for the team. You will also bring AI and LLM fluency to your own daily work — using these tools to accelerate development, code review, and design — and expect the same of the team you lead.
Key responsibilities -
- Lead end-to-end solution design for UiPath programs spanning attended, unattended, agentic, and orchestrated automation.
- Hands-on coding in Python and within UiPath Coded Workflows and Coded Agents; build reference implementations and reusable frameworks
- Architect Maestro-orchestrated solutions that combine bots, agents, APIs, and human-in-the-loop steps.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Make platform and SKU decisions across the UiPath portfolio — Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, Maestro, Autopilot, Coded Agents, AI Center, Document Understanding, Apps, Process Mining.
- Use AI and LLMs to materially improve team productivity — code generation, review, test creation, documentation, and prompt design for production agents.
- Mentor developers and BAs on modern, code-first UiPath delivery practices.
- Partner with Project Managers and BAs to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Required qualifications -
- 5-7+ years in RPA / automation, with a substantial portion on the UiPath platform and a clear arc into code-first development.
- Strong, current expertise across the UiPath product portfolio and SKUs, including Maestro, Coded Workflows, and Coded Agents.
- Strong core development background in Python; comfortable building, debugging, and reviewing production-grade code.
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery on enterprise UiPath programs end-to-end.
- Working fluency with AI / LLM tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and a track record of using them to raise team productivity and code quality.
- Strong grasp of integration patterns — REST / GraphQL APIs, queues, databases, cloud services.
- Solid foundations in exception handling, logging, reusable framework design, and CI/CD for automation.
- Strong code-review judgment and the ability to coach engineers toward higher-quality code
Preferred qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer and / or Solution Architect certifications
- Prior delivery of agentic automation in production — Autopilot, Coded Agents, or comparable LLM-driven workflows
- Experience designing prompts, evals, and guardrails for production AI / agent systems
- Experience working with global enterprise clients
- Strong core Python developers with deep classic UiPath experience and demonstrated rapid uptake on the agentic stack will also be considered
