About us
Beeps Academy is the training wing of Beeps Digital, an AI agency based in Kothamangalam, Ernakulam that builds automation and agentic AI systems for real clients. Our trainers are practitioners — they teach what they build.
The role
Deliver our 10-week Agentic AI & Automation course to small batches of maximum 10 students. The course runs 2 sessions per week (2.5 hours each), and every session ends with a working system the student deploys — a live workflow, a chatbot, an AI agent. Depending on your strengths, you may own the full course or specific phases:
- Automation Foundations — n8n, Make, CRM & business integrations
- Chatbots & RAG — Voiceflow, Wati (WhatsApp Business API), Supabase
- Agentic AI — CrewAI, LangChain, agent tools, memory, human-in-the-loop patterns
- Systems & Business — Railway deployment, packaging & pricing automation services, capstone
What you'll do
- Teach live, hands-on sessions inside the actual tools — screens, not slides
- Guide students (mostly non-coders) through real builds, using Cursor-assisted Python where needed
- Show real client examples of the systems being taught (anonymised)
- Debug student builds out loud — errors are part of the curriculum
- Review weekly deliverables and mentor capstone projects
Must-have
- Hands-on experience building automations with n8n and/or Make for real business use
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini) inside workflows
- Experience with at least one agent framework — CrewAI, LangChain, or similar
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply, in a mixed Malayalam–English classroom
- Patience with beginners — most of our students are not programmers
Nice to have
- WhatsApp Business API (Wati) or chatbot platform experience
- RAG implementation experience (embeddings, vector storage)
- Deployment experience (Railway or similar)
- Prior training or mentoring experience
- Freelance delivery experience — you've sold and shipped automation to a real business
Schedule & location
- 2 sessions per week, 2.5 hours each
- Offline at our Kothamangalam campus (near IGIDS), with online delivery for online batches
- Part-time, per-session engagement — works well alongside freelance or agency work
Compensation
Per-session professional fee, linked to batch enrolment. Details at interview.
