Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer – Agentic AI with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience and expertise in AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Agentic AI solutions across ServiceNow and strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Build AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI use cases.
- Work across ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and AI platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform performance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Agentic AI / AI-driven ServiceNow experience.
- Strong expertise in at least one: ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
- Experience with Now Assist, Moveworks, or Armis.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global environment.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
- CIS Certification – Preferred
