Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Relationship Officer to join our growing team.
The role involves communicating with UK-based clients, explaining protection plans, handling outbound calls, and following up with clients professionally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain and promote UK protection plans
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Provide professional customer support and assistance
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and professional attitude
- Previous telesales/customer service experience is an added advantage
