Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across various domains.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and hiring pipelines.
- Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions.
