Position: Equity Dealer (NSE & BSE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equity Dealer to execute trades across NSE & BSE while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ODIN and NEAT trading terminals, along with proficiency in operating web and mobile trading applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute equity trades on NSE & BSE accurately and efficiently.
· Operate and manage trades using ODIN and NEAT trading terminals.
· Handle order placement, modification, cancellation, and execution through trading terminals and mobile/web trading applications.
· Monitor live market activity and ensure prompt execution of client and internal dealing instructions.
· Verify trade confirmations and maintain accurate transaction records.
· Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and internal regulatory guidelines.
· Resolve trade-related queries and operational issues in a timely manner.
· Maintain confidentiality of client information and trading activities.
Eligibility & Experience:
· Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
· 2–5 years of relevant experience as an Equity Dealer or Trading Terminal Operator.
· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Required Skills:
· Mandatory hands-on experience with ODIN and NEAT trading terminals.
· Experience using web-based and mobile trading applications.
· Sound knowledge of NSE & BSE trading processes and market operations.
· Understanding of SEBI regulations and exchange compliance requirements.
· Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Experience in stock broking or capital market operations.
· Ability to multitask and execute trades with speed and accuracy.
· Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
