Interior Site Supervisor – Job Description
Role Overview
An Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring interior work is completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee all interior works (carpentry, modular fittings, electrical, painting, false ceiling, flooring)
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and design plans
Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports
2. Team Coordination
Manage carpenters, electricians, painters, and vendors
Allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate between designers, clients, and workers
3. Quality Control
Check materials and workmanship quality
Ensure finishing meets company standards
Identify and correct errors on-site
4. Time & Deadline Management
Plan work schedules and track timelines
Ensure projects are completed on time
Handle delays and solve site issues quickly
5. Material Handling
Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
Coordinate delivery of materials to site
Maintain stock records
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety practices are followed on-site
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior works (modular kitchen, wardrobe, civil basics)
Ability to read drawings and layouts
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication & team handling
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp updates, site photos)
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design
OR relevant hands-on experience in interior site supervision
Experience
2–5 years in interior site execution (preferred)
Work Nature
On-site role (travel between project sites may be required)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with modular furniture brands
Knowledge of cost estimation
Client handling skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,211.18 - ₹27,510.77 per month
