Position: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting and financial operations of our automobile dealership/business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and dealership accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain general ledger, bank reconciliation, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor vehicle sales accounts, workshop accounts, and spare parts accounting.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience in automobile dealership accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com)
- CA Inter / CMA Preferred
- Additional accounting certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Prior experience in Automobile Industry / Dealership is preferred.
