Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, handling GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries, purchase entries, inventory records, and project-related data. The role requires strong Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and coordination with the Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and update project, inventory, and operational databases.
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in the ERP/software system.
- Handle Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Entry processes.
- Verify purchase bills and coordinate with Accounts for invoice processing.
- Maintain stock records and track material movement.
- Generate reports on material consumption, stock availability, and procurement status.
- Reconcile purchase, GRN, and inventory data.
- Coordinate with vendors, stores, site teams, and accounts departments.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered into the system.
- Prepare Excel reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GRN Entry, Purchase Entry, and Inventory Management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of ERP software (Tally, SAP, Busy, or similar systems).
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Purchase, Stores, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in the Construction Industry will be preferred.

- Timely and accurate MIS reporting.
- Accuracy of GRN and Purchase Entries.
- Inventory record accuracy.
- Report submission within deadlines.
- Effective coordination with internal departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
