Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Branch Head for a reputed NBFC in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for leading overall branch operations, driving business growth, managing the branch team, and ensuring excellent customer experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch business, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch staff to ensure performance and productivity.
- Drive gold loan and financial product sales through local market development.
- Develop local business opportunities, referral networks, and partnerships.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Monitor documentation, audits, compliance, and risk controls.
- Handle key customer relationships, escalations, and service issues.
- Review branch performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational discipline as per company policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in leading a branch in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of branch operations, sales, compliance, and customer service.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage branch profitability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
