Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect – Interior Design to lead and execute high-end retail, hospitality, and experiential interior projects at The Dhan Mill. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, vendor coordination, and execution capabilities aligned with luxury and contemporary aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior concepts, layouts, and spatial planning solutions.
- Create mood boards, presentations, 2D drawings, 3D renders, and material palettes.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality, timelines, and compliance with specifications.
- Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for experiential design and visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with contemporary design trends, sustainable materials, and luxury retail experiences.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
