● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).
● Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
● Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
● Typing speed of 25–30 WPM preferred.
● Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
● Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
