Job Summary
Ayursiha Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote the hospital's Ayurveda and Physiotherapy services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, generate patient referrals, increase awareness of the hospital's specialized treatments, and support business growth through effective field marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Ayursiha Hospital's Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Wellness services to healthcare professionals.
- Visit doctors, clinics, physiotherapy centers, hospitals, corporate organizations, and wellness centers to develop referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, consultants, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral base.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly patient referral and business development targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily call reports, visit reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and clinical teams for promotional campaigns and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain professional ethics and represent the hospital positively at all times.
Pay: ₹10,021.45 - ₹32,046.25 per month
