Key Responsibilities:Front Office Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient details accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with consultants for OPD/diagnostics.
- Guide patients for department locations, doctor consultations, diagnostics, etc.
- Maintain front office decorum and manage the reception area.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
- Manage patient feedback, suggestions, and complaints with a resolution mindset.
Billing Duties:
- Generate accurate bills for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and day care services.
- Coordinate with clinical departments for service entries and investigations.
- Apply correct service codes, discounts, insurance packages, and doctor share mapping.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other modes of payment; ensure timely daily cash deposit reconciliation.
- Manage admission and discharge billing processes; prepare final settlement bills.
- Coordinate with TPA and insurance departments for credit billing.
- Handle corporate clients’ billing as per agreed packages and policies.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a hospital front office role.
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
