Summary : Onboard PGs on the website by interacting with the PG Owners
1. Contact PG owners using the company's calling script.
2. Explain Extadia's platform and its benefits to prospective property owners.
3. Convince PG owners to list their properties on Extadia. Since it's free, they generally agree immediately.
4. Schedule appointments with interested property owners.
5. Visit PG properties to complete the onboarding process.
6. Collect complete property information using printed or digital forms. This takes 10 mins.
7. Capture 10-15 high-quality photographs and one short video (less than one minute) of each property. Need decent photography skills. Need not be an expert or Pro.
8. Ensure all collected property information is complete and accurate.
9. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure listings are uploaded promptly.
10. Meet monthly onboarding and quality targets.
11. Maintain professional relationships with PG owners.
Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- The role needs Hindi language. Little bit English is also required. Marathi will be an advantage. What languages can you speak?
