Operations Manager – F&B Background (Ahmedabad)
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Banquet, or F&B Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel and F&B operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and supervise Restaurant, Banquet, Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams.
- Ensure smooth operational coordination across all departments.
- Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational policies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory while maximizing profitability.
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Maintenance, Finance, and HR departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze operational reports, KPIs, revenue performance, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Property Management Systems (PMS) such as IDS Next or IDS (7.0)
- POS Systems such as Petpooja, POSist, or similar F&B software.
- Inventory and Cost Control Software.
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- MIS Reporting and Operational Dashboard Management.
- Basic knowledge of Revenue Management and CRM Software.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Hospitality Operations or F&B Management will be preferred.
