Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and industrial automation equipment.
- Prepare GA drawings, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and project documentation.
- Study customer requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Perform project estimation, costing, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams for project execution.
- Support machine assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per customer specifications.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SPM design and machine assembly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in preparing fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Good problem-solving, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to guide production teams and handle projects independently.
