We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage daily customer service operations while motivating the team to achieve performance targets.
Job Role
- Lead and manage the customer service team effectively
- Monitor daily customer interactions and ensure high service quality
- Support team members in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance
- Maintain customer satisfaction and improve service standards
- Track team performance, attendance, and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Ensure professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous team handling or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Positive attitude with leadership qualities
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
