Job Summary- Manage team of 15-30 existing advisors- Ensure month-on-month activation - Responsible for retention of assigned advisors- Advisor recruitment will not be required Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: -Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors-Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors-Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards.-Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.-Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.-Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.Measures of Success: -New Business Premium Sourced-Advisor activation& productivity month on month-Cross-Sell Conversion-Meeting Persistency standards-Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standardsDesired qualification and experienceGraduate with 3+ years of experience, minimum experience of insurance sector 2 years•Proven Sales Track Record in Insurance, preferably Life Insurance•Experience in a cross-sell sales team•Familiarity with skills in supervision& development of teams, strong networkingKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES•Strong relationship building capability•Result orientation•Collaborative working style•Passionate about Sales
