We’re looking for a proactive, internet-native Community Manager who lives and breathes YouTube—especially tech YouTube. Your job is to build, grow, and activate our YouTube community by engaging with users across comments and emails, and converting passive viewers into active community members.
- Reply to YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram comments
- Actively invite users to join our community
- Write creative posts to engage our community on Twitter and YouTube
- Drive conversions from viewers to YouTube community members
- Stay updated on trends and conversations in the tech YouTube ecosystem
- Organize and manage live sessions, including collecting and moderating questions
- Respond to community emails and audience queries
- Strong understanding of YouTube, especially tech content
- Clear, friendly written communication
- Ability to turn conversations into community participation
- Higher engagement in comments
- Visible growth in the YouTube community members
- Active participation in live sessions
- Community members who feel heard, informed, and involved
