- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities
- Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
- Support administration and day-to-day office operations
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
