We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Executive to handle day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
- Perform day-to-day computer work, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Maintain office stationery and other administrative supplies.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, letters, and other business documents as required.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office registers, attendance records, and other administrative documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support HR, Accounts, Sales, and Production teams with administrative work whenever required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Basic knowledge of email management and document formatting.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role (freshers with excellent computer skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting software will be an added advantage.
