Role Objective
To drive strategic expansion of Delhi Delight by acquiring new institutional contracts (Universities, Schools, Hospitals, Corporate Campuses) through structured prospecting, relationship building, proposal pitching, and deal closure
This is not a desk sales job.
This is a ground-driven, relationship-heavy, closure-focused growth role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Lead Generation
- Identify potential institutions (colleges, universities, hospitals, corporate parks).
- Build database of decision-makers (Chairman, Director, Registrar, Admin Head).
- Schedule meetings and conduct structured presentations.
2. Proposal & Deal Structuring
- Present Proposal.
- Understand institution’s financial expectations.
- Coordinate with operations team for feasibility study.
- Prepare customized proposals and financial projections.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
3. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with promoters and trustees.
- Maintain post-closure engagement for upsell/renewals.
- Represent Delhi Delight at institutional meetings.
4. Expansion Strategy
- Map competitor presence in target zones.
- Suggest pricing strategy and positioning.
- Identify opportunities for food court formats
- Provide market intelligence to management.
5. Revenue & Growth Targets
- Achieve monthly/quarterly contract acquisition targets.
- Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Maintain strong closure ratio.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years experience in B2B sales (Institutional, Hospitality, Facility Management, Catering, or Education Sector preferred).
- Strong negotiation and proposal-making skills.
- Ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of basic financial projections.
- Comfortable with field sales and travel.
