We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to support digital advertising campaigns across major online platforms. The role involves campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis to help improve overall marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics
- Conduct audience research and analyze campaign data
- Support tracking and reporting activities using analytics tools
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets
- Perform testing and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in digital or performance marketing
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
