Role Overview
The B2B Content Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen brand positioning, build thought leadership, grow relevant audiences, and support business development efforts.
The ideal candidate should understand how to transform a single piece of content into multiple formats and distribute it effectively across channels to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
· Build content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
· Plan platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
· Identify content opportunities based on audience pain points, industry trends, and business priorities.
Content Repurposing & Distribution
· Create and manage content distribution systems that maximize visibility across channels.
· Ensure every content asset is repurposed into posts, articles, videos, newsletters, carousels, and email content where appropriate.
· Develop strategies to increase organic reach among our target audience.
Founder & Thought Leadership Branding
· Support the personal branding of leadership team members.
· Identify opportunities for thought leadership positioning and audience engagement.
Social Media & Community Growth
· Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
· Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
· Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
· Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
· Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
