Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Growth
- Develop a growth strategy for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Shorts.
- Increase subscribers, followers, watch time and engagement.
- Create viral content ideas before and after every podcast.
- Identify trending topics, formats and hooks.
Content Planning
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Convert every podcast into:
- Reels
- Shorts
- LinkedIn posts
- Carousels
- Quote graphics
- Threads
- Email content
Distribution
- Publish content across all platforms.
- Optimize titles, thumbnails and descriptions.
- Write compelling captions and CTAs.
- Schedule posts for maximum reach.
Analytics
Track and improve:
- Followers
- Subscribers
- Views
- Reach
- Watch Time
- Engagement Rate
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Audience Retention
- Lead Generation
Prepare a weekly performance dashboard with actionable insights.
Guest Promotion
- Coordinate with podcast guests for cross-promotion.
- Provide ready-to-share creatives.
- Ensure maximum amplification through guest networks.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
