- Collaborate on merchandise planning and assortment selection for various product categories like kichenware, barware, home textiles, and hard goods etc
- Manage supply chain and supplier relations.
- Implement pricing strategies and prepare offer sheets /presentations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in showroom and international exhibitions
- Work with cross-functional teams to align merchandising with business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Prepare regular reports on merchandise performance
Preference will be given to candidates based on the below cirtieria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/international trade or related field.
- Proven merchandising experience in houseware, hard goods, home textile and furnishing
- Proven experience in export/import operations and global trade. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of international trade processes and be familiar with standard trade terms (e.g., Incoterms, shipping documentation, customs procedures)
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software.
