Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented Butler to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Luxury resort. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional personalized service, maintain the highest standards of hospitality, and ensure the smooth running of the household.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide formal and informal table service, including meal service and beverage presentation
- Oversee household staff and coordinate daily schedules
- Greet guests and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Manage household inventories, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate events, dinner parties, and special functions
- Assist with travel preparation, packing/unpacking, and itinerary coordination
- Maintain care of fine furnishings, silverware, china, antiques, and artwork
- Run errands and handle special requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and security of the household at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Butler, Household Manager, or similar role in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of formal service, etiquette, and household management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality or culinary training
- Experience managing household staff
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Background in luxury hotel or estate service
